Why was my listing rejected?
Common reasons include unclear document scans, missing mandatory paperwork, or vehicle details that could not be verified. The rejection reason is shown in your Seller Command Center and notification panel.
Can I edit a pending listing?
Pending listings awaiting admin review cannot be edited. Rejected listings can be resubmitted with corrected documents via the Seller Dashboard.
When do I receive payment after a sale?
Settlement is processed within 2–5 business days after buyer payment is confirmed and verified by CarSoku. You will receive a notification when funds are released.
What documents must I upload to list a car?
All six documents are mandatory: inspection certificate, liability insurance, seal registration, official seal, recycling ticket, and transfer certificate with power of attorney.
